Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
